Apple officially announces September special day

Apple has officially announced a special September event this year

The media and the public were invited to watch online on September 15. Apple is expected to unveil all-new hardware at the event, including the iPad Air and the new Apple Watch models, but according to the latest information, the September event will only feature details of the iPad and Apple Watch. The iPhone 12 will be unveiled in October.

Apple September Event Details

Like WWDC 2020, Apple’s September event will be held online due to the COVID-19 virus. The public invitation for the September event did not include a tagline tag, but the principal sent to the press was “Time Flies.” Apple’s September event will be hosted on Apple’s website. It will be streamed live on Apple TV and YouTube.

iPad Air 4

Apple is developing a new iPad model with a bezel-less display. This is a middle ground between the iPad and the iPad Pro. On the iPad Air, Touch ID authentication can be inserted into the power button for the first time. The iPad Air has a USB-C connection instead of the Lightning connection. This could almost be the difference between the iPad and the iPad Pro.

Apple Watch Series 6

This year, Apple is expected to unveil the Apple Watch Series 6 at its September event. The Apple Watch Series 6 is rumored, but not confirmed. The Apple Watch has been expanded to include health monitoring capabilities that allow it to monitor blood oxygen levels.
